Project Management, Inc., has been professionally managing apartments, planned unit developments, and small commercial centers since June 1972. PMI’s experience encompasses management of all phases of multi-family units, including CHFA, FmHA, HUD, conventional projects, and County Section 8 units. The firm has enjoyed a close working relationship with the local HUD office and equally secure association with city, county and state housing authorities. PMI maintains a proven track record devoid of any infractions of HUD rules or regulatory agreements.

Dustin has been with the firm since 1995 and holds a California DRE Broker’s License. He upholds the firm’s high standards of professionalism, expertise, and ethics. Dustin serves on the Executive Committee for IREM, as well as serving as a liason / advisor for the Rental Housing Association. IREM named Dustin as the 2005 and 2008 CPM Candidate and was awarded Certified Property Manager in 2009. Dustin is President Elect for 2011 and will be President of IREM 2012.

Thomas has been with the firm since April 1973. A leading determinant in the company’s continued growth, he has been active in every phase of the firm’s operation.

Velina has been with the firm since April 1974. Several independent CPA’s have testified to the accuracy and thoroughness of the accounting records maintained by Mrs. Green for all projects undergoing annually required HUD audits
